Thank you for being here! I created Inside The Pressure Cooker to reconnect with friends while also making some new ones. The kitchen line is pretty universal so it is easy to connect with people and start talking shop pretty quickly. I spent over 20 years working in kitchens with experience ranging from fast food to fine dining. I love to talk shop and go on the occasional rant.
Rare+Plus Media is the collective efforts of my family with our food blog, this podcast, and the podcast I host with my daughter. The name came about after one of my rants about "Plus" steak temperatures. If you haven't heard it yet, you need to. You will understand then.
